The word Buffet, for some, conjures up a table stacked with and an odd selection of plates, dry green salads with no dressing, egg mayonnaise, a selection of cold meats straight out of the packet plus the odd cold quiche for the vegetarians amongst us.

   We, at To the Manor Prawn, believe in food that is rich in flavour and aesthetically pleasing aswell as using local and in-season ingredients.  No piece of lettuce can pass our door without being dressed and Iceberg is banned from our kitchen! 

We aim to bring innovative and fresh ideas to a classic way of eating at parties, weddings, funerals and corporate events.
